DMCA Copyright Policy

DESITASE.COM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (exact Watch URLs).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (Email, Address, Phone Number).
• A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) by mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the platform for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

4. Warning: False DMCA Claims (Section 512(f))

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or the alleged infringer. Do not submit false or automated DMCA claims.

5. Content Removal Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material immediately. For faster processing and direct takedowns, please use our dedicated Content Removal Portal.

6. Zero Tolerance & Illegal Content

Please note that we have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content. Any reports involving Child Safety violations, CSAM, or non-consensual acts are reported to NCMEC and international law enforcement agencies immediately without exception.
